Hi, I’m Katrina.
I live in Wollongong and work in scholarly communication in an academic library.
In my previous lives I’ve worked as at the University of Wollongong Library in scholarly communications, and as librarian at the State Library of NSW cataloguing awesome things like old printed books, early maps, and manuscripts, as well as curating content online for their ‘Discover Collections.’ I’ve also worked in a special library, records and document management, and public libraries.
I am passionate about libraries, access to information, Open Access, privacy, and the GLAM-sector in general. I also like beaches, books, technology, coffee, tequila and gin. I tweet as @katreeeena.
All the views and opinions I express here do not represent or reflect my current or past employers.
